1. The service

Nudge lets you scan a website you own, generate and edit nudge popups, and install them via a single script tag. By using Nudge you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must only add websites you own or are authorised to manage.

3. Billing

Each live site costs $10 per month, billed through Stripe. You can configure sites for free and pay only when you publish a site. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; you can cancel any time and your site stays live until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Nudge to display unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, to harass visitors, or to violate any applicable law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

5. AI-generated content

Suggested nudge text is generated automatically and provided as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing and editing it before publishing, and for ensuring it's accurate and appropriate for your site.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
